Terms of Service

1. The service

PalletDrawing ("the Service") is browser-based software for designing wooden pallets and generating 3D views, technical drawings, bills of materials and quotation documents. Palo is the guided assistant that asks for your dimensions and builds the pallet step by step; the Classic Editor edits the same design in a table. By creating an account and using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person. The free export allowance is granted once per person and device; creating repeated accounts to collect it again is not permitted, and such accounts may receive no allowance.

3. Free account, free exports, Premium, Platinum and cancellation

Every account starts free. Free drawing is limited to 20 minutes of active use in total; 3 minutes after the export allowance is used up, Premium or Platinum is required to continue drawing. Saved work is retained. Available tools include: Palo, the Classic Editor, the live 3D model, technical drawing, cloud saves, templates, quotations and production documents. Without an active Premium subscription the editor shows a brand mark on screen. PDF/PNG outputs (technical drawing, 3D view, combined 3D + technical PDF, quotation PDF, production and cutting documents) use your export allowance: each download counts as one export, and a combined 3D + technical PDF counts as one export. New members receive 2 clean exports once after email verification, subject to the one-person and device rule in section 2. This allowance does not renew monthly. Palo drawing and watermarked previews can be tried without an account; saving and clean exports require a verified account. Downloading the same version of the same design again within 24 hours does not use an export. If an output fails on our side, the export is returned to your allowance.

Two paid products are sold: the Premium monthly subscription at $8 per month and the Platinum yearly subscription at $79 per year, paid once for the whole year. Both are sold through our payment provider, Paddle (Merchant of Record), which handles cards, invoicing and taxes; prices are in USD and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. While active, both provide unlimited clean outputs without using your remaining free exports and remove the on-screen brand mark. Premium renews monthly and Platinum renews yearly until cancelled. Export packs are no longer sold; previously purchased packs and existing gift subscriptions keep their rights for their remaining term. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period (the current month for Premium, the paid year for Platinum), after which the account continues as a free account with its saved designs and any remaining exports. 4. Acceptable use

No attempts to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, or resell the Service without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property and protection of the software

The Service and all of its components, including the software, the drawing engine, the Palo assistant, the 3D modelling and technical drawing generation, the user interface, texts, images, templates and the PalletDrawing and Palo marks, are owned by the operator and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. You receive only a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service under these terms for your own business. This section concerns only the software itself.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service or any part of it; copy, reproduce, adapt, create derivative works from or reuse the Service, the drawing engine, the interface or its content in another product or service; collect data, images or content from the Service with automated tools (scraping, bots, crawlers) or call its endpoints without permission; or remove, hide or alter brand marks, copyright notices or watermarks. A breach of this section may lead to termination of the account, and we reserve all legal rights and claims.

6. Engineering disclaimer

Drawings, weights and load figures are computed from the dimensions you enter and standard assumptions. They are design aids — final structural verification, compliance (e.g. ISPM-15) and production quality remain your responsibility. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: use the contact form on palletdrawing.com.
