Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

PalletDrawing offers a free plan so you can fully evaluate the product — the editor, live 3D model and technical drawing previews — before paying anything. We encourage you to use it before subscribing.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider (Merchant of Record). Because the free plan lets you try the software first, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future charges; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refund requests

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using a paid feature, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith and issue a refund where appropriate. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
