Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new PalletDrawing account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to the product — the editor, live 3D model, technical drawings and exports — before paying anything. No credit card is required for the trial, and you can also try the editor as a guest without an account. We encourage you to evaluate the product fully before subscribing.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider (Merchant of Record). Because the free trial lets you try the full software first, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future charges; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refund requests

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using a paid feature, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith and issue a refund where appropriate. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
