Terms of Service

1. The service

PalletDrawing ("the Service") is browser-based software for designing wooden pallets, generating technical drawings, bills of materials and quote documents. By creating an account or using guest mode you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; Business plans define team seats separately.

3. Your content

Designs, templates and documents you create belong to you. You grant us only the technical rights needed to store and render them for you. We never use your designs for marketing or share them with third parties.

4. Plans, payments and cancellation

Free features are described on the pricing page and may evolve. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Merchant of Record), which handles cards, invoicing and applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to disrupt the Service, access other users' data, or resell the Service without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Engineering disclaimer

Drawings, weights and load figures are computed from the dimensions you enter and standard assumptions. They are design aids — final structural verification, compliance (e.g. ISPM-15) and production quality remain your responsibility. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: the contact form.
